Among the interments, you can find members of the Hunt, Johnson, Lewis, and King families, some of whom date back to the mid-1800s. For example, Hiram King (1821-1903) and his wife Rebecca R. King (1823-1910) are notable interments here, showcasing the cemetery's long-standing role in the community's history. Grant Cemetery is still accepting burials.
